Randy
Livermon, AIA, LEED AP
| Associate Principal
Randy has a diverse range of experience in K-12, higher education,
and athletic facility design. He provided his K-12 design expertise
to new additions at Western Albemarle High School and Crozet Elementary
School in Albemarle County. In athletics, Randy was Project Manager
on the University of Virginia's Scott Stadium at Carl Smith Center,
a three-year, $80 million phased undertaking that was completed
in 2000. He was also Project Architect for the University's successful
Artificial Turf Stadium as well as the renovation of David A. Harrison
III Natural Turf Field at Scott Stadium. Randy's well-rounded portfolio
includes one of his most recent projects, local and state AIA award-winning
Burning Daylight Stables in Albemarle County for which he served
as Project Architect.
One of Randy's many strengths is his devotion to client service.
Randy is committed to ensuring that each detail of the project
is refined and reflected in the final design. His conscientious
approach and affable personality make him a pleasure to work with
and ensure a successful project is delivered.
