Lilly joined VMDO in July 2023 as the Marketing Coordinator in our Charlottesville, VA office. She is a recent graduate of Christopher Newport University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. From a young age, Lilly had a strong interest in both construction and art. Wanting to pursue both passions, she spent her college years studying Marketing and Graphic Design and her summers working on a construction crew gaining the fundamental knowledge of being a craftsman. Through her experiences Lilly has gained a respect for environmentally conscious businesses which ultimately led her to VMDO.With a passion for creating meaningful designs and the initiative to support companies that take care of the environment, Lilly brings an interdisciplinary background to the Marketing team and is committed to contributing to the success of VMDO.
When not in the office you can find Lilly building something in her backyard with her dog, Reese, or at a local coffee shop catching up with friends.
